Okay, im totally on a mission to lose weight. No, not because I wanna be skinny bla bla bla... I just wanna be healthy. PFFFTTT. YA RIGHT. Yes, I do wanna be healthy but I wanna be skinny more. Hahaha. No la. I think I'm okay with my body. But I just wanna look good during the big day. Takan wanna have like my perut on display kan on that day. HAHAHA.
So I've been dragging myself to the gym this past few weeks. But it has been difficult. I don't know what virus is spreading around in my office but i've been having on and off flu. Thank god I have a neighbour that is also getting married that needs to lose an extra pound too.

Okay, so I did some minor research about how much my calorie intake per day should be based on my weight, height and age. Well, i think 1062 is achievable. I only drink mineral water which basically contains 0 kcal. And I think i could live with 300kcal per meal. And my favourite caesar salad is only 180kcal aprox. So boleh la. Achievable. Trying to drag M to the gym to tapi he is so malas. But he loses weight so much faster for me. And besides I have so much more weight to lose. PFFFFTTTT.. Why did I gain to much in the first place!
